Marc is the creator of Unkymoods. After Unkymoods was retired, Punkymoods was born. Punkymoods would not have existed if not for Marc!

We haven't had any new moods in a while (although there are a TON of Punkymoods are there not?). But you can help! Do you have artistic talent? Send a sample or two in the style of the existing moods to peterpunkymoods.net.

punkymoods.com has moved to a new server! It should be faster (do you notice the difference?) and there should be no change in the way you log in or change your mood.
Other than that, there's nothing much else to say. There are almost 8,500 total Punkyusers already (with over 3,200 at punkymoods.net). Is that crazy or what?

After a year of Punkymoods, there are 5236 Punkyusers! Because of this success, all new accounts will be registered on punkymoods.net (so tell your friends!).
Tina has drawn 20 new moods (10 male and 10 female).
Got Facebook? Add the new Facebook Punkymoods application and show your mood on your Facebook profile! This account is separate from your punkymoods.com account, which means that if you update your mood on Facebook, it won't update on punkymoods.com and vice versa. But whatever -- you can have a few moods, right?

No news to report, really. Lee, the mood artist, has been busy with a new job and all, so give him some time since the pay for being a Punkymoods artist is zero!

That's right! Everybody please give a warm welcome to Lee Cottom, who is graciously lending his artistic talents for your enjoyment! He has his own unique style that will hopefully delight you from now on!

With membership growing as healthy as ever, I've decided to start using banner ads in order to offset bandwidth costs. I'm trying to make them as unobtrusive and relevant as possible. Since Punkyusers have their own websites, the three types of ads I have chosen should be relevant: hosting, domains, and the affiliate program called Shareasale.com.
September 10th update: although nobody complained about the ads, I got a bit annoyed by them, so I switched back to Google ads
